【Instructions for use】

1. Wash your hands before removing the product from the packaging.

2.Insert the pins at both ends of the product into the gear that suits you,  ensuring that the pins are inserted to their fullest extent.

3.Align the product with the nostril as shown in the picture.

4. Insert the product into the nose in the direction shown in the picture.

5.Push the end of the U-shaped connection bar with your finger to adjust the position of the product.

6.Adjust the product to the appropriate position and breathe through your nose. If you feel uncomfortable or if the expansionary force is not enough, please remove the product and adjust it to the appropriate gear.

【Cautions】

1、The device is intended to be used inside the nose only. Do not use for more than 12 hours a day.

2、Avoid cross infection, do not share this product with others.

3、The device is not suitable for use by children under the age of 12.

4、If the device is removed from the packaging and not used immediately, rinse the device before use.
